Becca's doll

My friend Becca, who lives down the street, wanted to make a doll for her daughter. Becca let her daughter choose the hair color...she insisted on pink. I didn't really do much to help her make the doll...she brought over her own sewing machine and materials and just sewed away. It was fun because I got to work on cutting fabric for a couple of dolls and even followed the idea of a black and white dress and pink hair. I love seeing these little girls with their dolls.

Mom's dolls

When I visited my parents in CA my mom and I made these four dolls together. She did most of the work. Each doll represents one of her grandchildren.

Kristen's dolls

My friend Kristen wanted to make a doll for her daughter's birthday. She came over and we made a doll together. Then Kristen wanted to make another doll for her niece. Well, her daughter was smitten with the new "Pinkie" doll so Kristen made ANOTHER one just like Pinkie. So, she's made a total of three dolls. Look at those cute cousins with their matching dolls.

Sabrina & Jocelyn's dolls

My sister came to visit and Jocelyn joined us in making dolls. Sabrina made a doll for her daughter, Sylvia. Jocelyn made a doll for her niece...I think...maybe she is going to keep it. It was fun just to hang out together and chat.
