Snow Shoeing 02/23/2009
 

One of my closest friends, Lizzy, took me snow shoeing on Saturday. It was a Christmas gift. Partly to help me enjoy snowy cold weather. She took care of the equipment all the way down to clothing and even snacks. I loved going and think it might be one of those things I'd like to do frequently during the winter months. The sky was blue and I think it may have even reached 50 degrees that day. Thanks Liz.

Fun! Joey and I always wanted to go snow shoeing when we lived in the snow but we never did :(

Looks like fun! I went snow shoeing a loooong time ago, but makes the winter seem not so bad.

wow, what a great idea. i loved that last picture of the stacked snow on the rocks and the river flowing around them. beautiful
