Apple & Rose 09/24/2008
 

I am frequently reminded that I am surrounded by really great people. When I showed up at work today this beautiful rose was sitting on my desk in an IE Discovery mug. Turns out the girl that put it there just thought it might brighten my day. Which it did. She grows roses and wanted to share. I added my 3:00pm snack to the picture...is anyone else like me? I need a small snack just around 3:00pm most days.  It doesn't really matter how early or late I eat lunch...it just seems like I need a little pick-me-up at that time.

Oh Natalie, I thought you were gone forever! You said you would take down your blog, and I was too sad to see when it was gone, so I couldn't come back and check. I'm so glad to see you're alive and well in cyber space! I'm glad that you think of me too - it warms my heart to know a license plate would remind you of me. I miss you and still wish we could do all the fun craftiness together. You are a sweet, energetic and sunshine bringing girl.

That must be a two-line Cisco 7960 IP Phone. I'd recognize it anywhere. 'Em are some cool phones. Good choice, IE Discovery.
