After photos and laughs we took a walk on the L.A. Temple grounds and after the babes were asleep the guys picked up P.F. Chang's for dinner. We had fun spending the day with them.

On Saturday we went to her mom's house and her sister, Pam, taught us how to make yummy crescent rolls and Katie made a delicious potato soup to go with them. Of course I ended up being too lazy and didn't take any pictures of the bread or Pam. Next time (I hope there is a next time) we'll have to get all of us in a photo. I guess it was mostly an excuse to hang out together. I loved it. Also, Katie's mom showed me several quilts she has made or is making. I was very motivated and am already making plans for my  big quilting goal (to be finished by December 1).

He kicks and straightens his legs like he has some serious job to do. I know he is happy but he will rarely laugh or squeal during bath time.  A friend of Justin's was so thoughtful and sent this Puj Tub as a gift. It is pretty convenient...I think Jack is a little big for it now but it seems to work best in the kitchen sink for me. I love how it stores flat and I don't have to crouch over the bathtub...that tile floor can really hurt my knees. Thanks Katie!

Her first turns one year-old today. I made "sister banners" to match the green, pink and brown nursery decor.
NOTE: At the birthday party tonight my aunt told me that the apostrophe on "lil" is in the wrong place...I'm sure she is right. I guess it should be "li'l." I see that there are 13 rules to the apostrophe on grammarbook.com and I think that next time I'll avoid the punctuation all together. 
POST NOTE: Turns out it should be li'l'...thanks dad, the grammarian...
